AVK Group LLC. brings to you a wide product range of diesel guide rod pile hammers, made in China. Models include hammers with an impact block weight from 400 kg to 50 t.

Our products include diesel hammers from two top Chinese manufacturers: Jiangsu Juwei Machinery Co., Ltd and Dongtai Juli Machinery Manufacturing Limited Company.

Guide rod diesel pile hammers are used for driving into the ground reinforced concrete, metal, wooden and sheet piles, both vertically and at an angle.

The construction equipment is used in civil, industrial and road construction for building foundations and supporting platforms for bridges, dams, naval docks, support walls and other constructions. The hammer is selected according to a required purpose, as there are different weights of impact block: light (up to 3.5 tons), medium (up to 11.3 tons) and heavy (over 12.8 tons).

Light

Light rod type diesel hammers are used for driving reinforced concrete, metal, wooden and sheet piles into the ground.

The rigs are used for construction of foundations and platforms in power engineering, oil and gas industries, industrial and civil construction.

Both crawler and wheeled base machines are widely used. Modernization of the crawler cranes and excavators involve attaching a pile mast.

Today most of the Russian companies prefer to use Chinese pile hammers. Key reasons include high impact power and wear-resistant piston rings.

Medium

Medium rod type diesel hammers are used for driving ferroconcrete, metal and wooden and sheet piles.

Equipment is used for constructing foundations and supports in oil and gas industry, power, industrial, civil engineering and hydraulic work.

The hammers are used on pile drivers based on crawler cranes and excavators with pile mast, floating pile drivers and walking type piling rigs.

The most powerful hammers in our product line are the models DD-55, DD-65 and DD-75. Their maximum impact power is 10-150% higher compared to other hammers.

Heavy

Heavy diesel hammers have highest weight of the impact part and are most efficient for work with raking piles.

They are widely used in the Far Easte, Asia an America for both ground and water construction works.

The hammers are the ideal choice for construction of drilling platforms at sea, deepwater ports and bridges.

Models from DD-128 to DD-200 use two guides to move the impact part. Models DD-300 and heavier are using four guides, allowing to drive piles with 1:3 tilt.

It's possible to produce hammers with four guides for models DD-160 and heavier.

Advantages of the guide rod pile hammers over kick-atomizing:

- Assuming that height and weight of impact block is the same, tubular hammers are 1.5 times more powerful, but guide rod hammers are easier to start.
- The ratio between weights of impact block and pile for tubular hammers is 0.5-0.7, for guide rod hammers - 1.25.
- A more effective cleaning of the cylinder from combustion residue, done through a natural ventilation, will save fuel during work.
- Low metal consumption.
- Low cost of the equipment and spare parts.

The most effictient models in our product line are DD-55, DD-65 and DD-75. Their power is 10-150% higher compared to our other hammers.
